GUI-LOCALDEF-specifications

In this Editor you have in the upper left corner a combobox, where the actual file is selected. Remember: The LOCALDEFS consists of three files. Under the Combobox, theres a Table, which consists all parameters belonging to the selected file. Select one by clicking it to edit its specification on the right side of the panel. The Attributes are:

  • Name: The name of the parmater within the LOCALDEF-file
  • View Name: The name, which shall be displayed in the graphical editor
  • Type: Integer (e.g. BENCHIT_RUN_TIMELIMIT), Float, Boolean (e.g. BENCHIT_IGNORE_PARAMETER_FILE), Multiple (e.g. BENCHIT_ENVIRONMENT), String (e.g. BENCHIT_FILENAME_COMMENT), List
  • Default Value: (Deprecated)
  • Multiple Choice: insert the values for Multiples here (separated by <Enter>)
  • Multiple Choice Count: the number of values for the Multiple
  • Position: the parameters will be displayed in ascending order
  • Tooltip-Text: the text, which will be displayed as tooltip for this parameter
  • Help: the text, which is displayed in the help
  • Action: (Deprecated)
  • Detail Level: 0 for detail level low; 1 for medium; 2 for high
  • Necessity: (Deprecated)
  • Active Status: (Deprecated)

Adding a single definition

  1. Choose the file, where this definition shall be added in the combobox on the upper left
  2. Click the "New"-Button
  3. Define the entries on the right side
  4. Click "Ok"
  5. Click "Save"

Removing a single definition

  1. Choose the file, where this definition is placed
  2. Choose the definition in the table
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Click "Save"

Editing a single function

  1. Choose the file, where this definition is placed
  2. Choose the definition in the table
  3. Define the entries on the right side
  4. Click "Ok"
  5. Click "Save"
